1.6.3. Selection of Official Newspaper, Legal Counsel, Repository, Attendance Officer and Federal Programs Director
Motion to approve the Fairbury Journal News as the official newspaper, KSB as legal counsel, Heartland Bank as the official repository, and Superintendent Meyerle as Attendance Officer and Federal Programs Director. Passed with a motion by Stuart Vitosh and a second by Adam Engelman.

2.1. Student Report
Braydin Wendland and Jacob Novotny presented a student report on recent and upcoming student activities. Congratulations to the FFA for their annual fruit sales. The FFA sold over $26,000 of product. A busy Speech season is upcoming and we are in the middle of basketball with a busy week at the MUDECAS tournament.

Superintendent Meyerle gave an update on the elementary entrance and office remodel.

5.1. Superintendent Report
Superintendent Meyerle noted that the 2023-2024 Annual Report is complete and located on the school website. He pointed out upcoming board conferences to the Board, and they will consider whom will attend.
He noted that the March Board meeting would be at 6:30pm at the High School. The Board will have a Q and A session with KSB attorneys from 7-9pm on March 10. Superintendent Meyerle requested that each Board member have at least three questions they are prepared to ask legal counsel.
