Summer Weight Lifting
Time does not stop for our student/athletes when the final bell rings in May. We expect our High School students to attend strength and conditioning sessions throughout the summer. In total, the weight room is open 49 days. Each Varsity coach hopes that our student/athletes are able to attend 40 sessions.
Below are the student/athletes who achieved their goal of attending 75% or 30 sessions over the summer:
High School Boys:

The weight room is open 4 days per week for the Junior high students. These students are asked to attend 3 sessions a week throughout the summer. Below are student/athletes who achieved their over goal of 75% or 22 days over the summer.
Junior High:

To all the coaches, thank you for putting in countless hours early in the morning over the summer. Your efforts in continuing to put importance on our student/athlete’s strength and conditioning will not go unnoticed.
To our athletes who dedicated time and effort to becoming the best Griffin student/athlete that you could. The continued effort will pay off and for that, we appreciate your willingness to get bigger, faster, and stronger.
