My name is Patty Heble and I teach kindergarten at Diller Odell Elementary. I graduated from Diller High School and earned my degree in education from Doane College in Crete in 1995. After following certain classes whose numbers dictated they needed two classroom sections, I have been privileged to settle into the Kindergarten classroom. My favorite part of teaching at this level is seeing the growth that comes in such a short amount of time. And, of course, the energy and eagerness to learn at this age is amazing as well.

When I'm not at school I enjoy reading, listening to music, and spending time with my family. I am married to my husband, Joe, and we live on a farm outside of Odell. Joe works as a maintenance manager at Beatrice Concrete. Our son, Zach, is married to Heather, and they are the parents of our grandsons, Hunter, Hagan and Zeke. Our daughter, Chelsie, is married to Scott Schlesinger and they live with our other two grandchildren, Easton and Malanie, in Texas.
